Programs & services

Everything OSYWIN offers, across both sides of the practice. If you are not sure which fits, call us and we will help you work it out.

WINN Psychiatry & Mental Health

Assessment, diagnosis and ongoing treatment for adults.

ADHD

Assessment and ongoing treatment for adults who suspect ADHD, or who were diagnosed years ago and need care that keeps up with their life now.

Bipolar disorder

Diagnosis, medication management and regular review, with a plan for recognizing early warning signs before an episode takes hold.

Mood disorders

Depression and related conditions, treated with attention to what is actually driving them rather than the symptoms alone.

PTSD and trauma

Care for people carrying something difficult, at a pace they set.

A note on medication. Treatment here starts with a full clinical assessment. Medication is one option among several, it is discussed rather than assumed, and it is not prescribed at a first appointment as a matter of course. If medication is right for you, it is reviewed regularly rather than simply repeated.

How care usually begins

Nothing is decided before you have spoken to someone.

You get in touch

Call, email, or send the form. Tell us roughly what has been going on.

We talk it through

A short conversation about what you need and whether we are the right fit.

Clinical assessment

A full assessment with a clinician, so treatment is based on your situation.

Ongoing care

A plan you agree to, reviewed as things change.

Questions about cost or insurance? Call 302-696-6238 and ask. We would rather tell you upfront than have it become a reason not to come in.

Not sure which service you need?

Most people are not. Describe what has been happening and we will point you to the right part of the practice — or somewhere better suited, if that is the honest answer.

If you or someone you care about is in immediate danger, call 911. For mental health or substance-use crisis support, call or text 988 at any hour.
